Dr. Rick Parigini is a fourth-generation native of Northern Nevada, his great grandfather moved to Nevada from Pisa, Italy in 1905. His grandparents, parents, ad Dr. Parigini attended Sparks High School making his family just one of a dozen that had three generations graduate from the same high school. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada Reno and attended Dental and Orthodontic School in San Fransisco at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, graduating in 1994 and 1996 respectively. Dr. Parigini followed in his uncle's (Dr. Thomas Pitts) footsteps and took over his Minden orthodontic practice in 1998.

Dr. Parigini keeps current with the latest technology, including digital radiography and photography, as well as computerized treatment cards and computerized treatment planning, 3D imaging, 3D scanner of teeth which eliminates the need for impressions and along with 3D printer technology allows him to make invisible aligners in house. All these technologies insure the most advanced treatment available.
Dr. Parigini has four children and each is very accomplished and remarkable in their own way. He also has the privilege of saying he truly met his soulmate and they have unconditional love for one another. He enjoys many local outdoor activities, in fact, he will tell you he finds true paradise being on snow skis or in the water, wakeboarding, and wake surfing.
